here goes nothing

I'm about to shoot myself in the stomach...with shot of Ovidrel. I finished my first round of Clomid and it looks like one follicle is ready to release an egg. She said she likes to see more than one and she likes for it to be bigger, but its something. I am fully prepped for this not to work the first time, but I'm pretty happy that something is happening. I can't even begin to think about how I'll feel when I get pregnant again.

  1. Hey Sweet Lindsey! I have added your blog to my list of blogs to follow. I want to be able to keep up with your fertility progress! I also took shots while trying to get pregnant, and it is no fun :( I know your doctor wanted to see more eggs, but the month I got pregnant with Grace there was only one egg and it was already failing before it was even released. The doctor suggested I wait another month, but I said I had been doing this for too long to give up on a month. When you are trying to get pregnant, each month is SO important to calculate exactly when everything should be happening!! I know this is a difficult process, but you are a strong girl. Keep your faith in the Lord, your hormones under some sort of control (ha!), and your focus on giving baby Andrew a baby sister or brother. He would be so proud of you!!! :)
    Thinking about you,
